Wedsend creates a bespoke, fully digital wedding website for you, based on the details, preferences and inspiration you share in our questionnaire. Each website is designed individually — layouts, typography, colour and the invitation reveal are crafted to your celebration, not generated from a fixed template.

Your website includes the features you select at checkout, such as RSVPs, guest menus, schedules, accommodation details and digital invitations for your guests.

The service is priced at £89, payable upfront when you submit your questionnaire. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your project begins once payment is confirmed.

After your order is confirmed, our studio reviews your brief and prepares a set of bespoke design concepts for you to choose from. You'll preview each concept as a live, working website and pick the one you love. Once you've made your selection and approved your site, we publish it on your own shareable link.

Design is a hand-crafted process, so we don't promise instant delivery — we'll always tell you clearly when your design options will be ready and keep you updated along the way.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details, text and images you provide, and for making sure you have the right to use any photos you upload. You keep full rights to your content; we only use it to build and host your website.

Before your website is published, you can refine your wording, photos and details as many times as you like through your customer dashboard. Once published, your dashboard continues to let you update text and swap photos, so your site stays current right up to the big day.

Because every project begins with bespoke design work as soon as your order is placed, the upfront payment is non-refundable once your brief has been passed to the studio. If we haven't started work on your project yet, we'll refund you in full — just get in touch.

Websites and invitations are 100% digital — no printed goods are included or implied. You're responsible for sharing your website link only with people you want to invite, and for the accuracy of guest details you upload (such as emails for RSVP invitations).

The design, layout and creative work of your website remain the property of Wedsend and our design partners. You may not resell, reuse or rehost the design itself. The content you provide stays yours.

We take great care with every site, but we can't be held responsible for missed information caused by details you provided late or incorrectly, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
